Acceptance of Terms| License and Use.

By installing, accessing, or using the RiskyT application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the application. RiskyT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for transaction risk management purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license is for your personal or business use and is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Registration and Account Security &Privacy.

You may be required to register for an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. RiskyT is committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities.

You agree not to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

Intellectual Property| Disclaimer of Warranties.

RiskyT retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App. The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. RiskyT does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability |Termination.

To the extent permitted by law, RiskyT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. RiskyT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease its use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

Quality Assessment.

Concerning the standard of goods and services offered by sellers on this platform, it is imperative for the service buyer to obtain a sample or demonstration reflecting the desired nature of the goods or services from the seller. This sample can be uploaded as supporting evidence, and the seller must commit to delivering goods or services of a quality consistent with the provided sample before accepting the offer. The buyer is also responsible for conducting due diligence to ensure that the seller possesses the capability to produce items of similar quality.
To mitigate potential issues related to quality, once a deal has been approved, the seller is expected to adhere to a standard that is at least 70% comparable to the quality and design demonstrated in the sample. Furthermore, the seller is obligated to supply goods or services at a level that corresponds to 100% of the quality depicted in the sample provided by the buyer. Any seller found to be offering counterfeit items on this platform risks forfeiting their payment, unless such items are explicitly requested by the buyer. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of transactions and ensure that both buyers and sellers engage in fair and transparent dealings.

Changes to Terms & Conditions.

RiskyT reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. By using the RiskyT application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.

RiskyT Commission.

RiskyT charges 10% of the transaction fee as commission, which will be split by the buyer and the seller (50:50). If the goods is worth N100,000. The Buyer will have to remit N105, 000 to the platform, at the end of the transaction, RiskyT will remit N95, 000 to the seller. The buyer can also decide the bear the cost of the entire commission by crediting RiskyT with N110,000, to enable RiskyT credit the seller the full amount, N100,000.
