Justice Egege, ACA, CFE

Managing Director.

Justice Egege is a detail-oriented Risk Management Professional with over 12 years of expertise in Internal Audit & Compliance, Cost Control, Accounting and Strategic Planning. He has worked with established companies across the Oil and Gas, Energy & Utilities, Mining and Manufacturing. As a Financial Auditor, he has consulted companies in Port-Harcourt & Lagos, helping them set-up control structures that will ensure accountability, transparency and sustainability in their businesses. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) and also a certified Fraud Examiner with Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, US. He is the Chairman of Audit & Control Professional Association (ACPA) Global and the brain behind RiskyT Technology Solutions.

Olalekan Olusanya MBA, MSc, FCA, CIA, CISA, ACTI, PRINCE2

Director

Olalekan is a Senior Management Executive, Certified Internal Auditor, and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years practical experience in diverse functional roles across various economic sectors – Agro-allied, Media/Advertising, Financial services, and Power. He has managed more than thirty (30) team members, delivered over 100 audit and internal control projects, led initiatives culminating in the development of over eighty (80) policy documents, and helped avert risks that could have crystalized into material financial losses. As an astute risk management professional, he was a key man that propelled the transaction-risk management ideas to a product-driven solution.

Henry Enyinna

Henry is a businessman based in Germany. An Investor with over 10 years’ experience in building start-ups within and outside Nigeria. He has authentic ideas, great wealth of knowledge skill and experience in mobilizing funds that start-ups needs for that initial take-off. He is a great asset to the team.
